So, while I’m not new to Fords, having owned Sierra’s, Granada’s mk 3 Escorts and a 1980 Fiesta Ghia, I am new to the 2011 1.6 TDCi Titanium Econetic I now own. Short story is, I want to fit a tow bar, for nothing other than my two bike rack. I can’t fit roof bars as there are no mounting points, and I know it’s not type approved for towing, though my insurance company are fine about a bike rack. The question is, will a non Econetic tow bar fit mine? Are the chassis holes pre drilled? Any help much appreciated 👍

    A have a 2015 eco sport and a was ÂŁ700 to get one fitted because of the electrics took the guys hours too wire it up adding boxes and so on

    I had one installed a few years ago by a local parts shop.   Charged me £250.
