Sync v 3.4, how to upload maps.

Hi All. I have a 70 plate Connect with Sync 3 v 3.4 and after hours of trying cannot upload the Sygic maps to the display from my wishlist. I have it loaded on my phone and refreshing available apps in the menu brings nothing. When I picked it up from the Dealer, they just made excuses and have never offered any further help. It is due for a service shortly and they will get the vehicle to sort out, however long it takes.

Any help / advice I can get through the forum would be greatly appreciated, I am sure it's not that difficult but I have exhausted all the things I can see.
