Wiring dashcam to fusebox

Hi Guys,

I have a 2017 Galaxy 2.0tdci and I am looking to wire a rear view mirror dashcam to the fuse box. I have two connectors to go to the fuse box - one for power when the car ignition is on and one for when the car is switched off for the parking monitor on the dashcam which needs constant power. 

Does anyone know which fuse to use on the fusebox for each before I go and buy a voltmeter to try them? Also, where is the best place to mount the rear camera - inside at the top or bottom of the window or outside?
