RSM227
Does anyone know by experience the best method of restoring faded bumpers and plastic trim. There’s lots of products out there but not all work any advice would be great
Luke4efc
A heat gun can sometimes work depending on the type of plastic fitted. You just have to test it on a small, inconspicuous area before committing to a large panel to see if it works (it can damage the plastic if you're not careful). In terms of chemical restorers, Gtechniq C4 is about the best out there. It's not as permanent as the heat gun method, but will last a couple years. The other downside is the product is pretty expensive compared to others.
