SYNC 3 Map update problem

Hi everyone, I successfully updated my SYNC the other day to version 3.0, and as my maps were v.6.1 I wanted to update those too. I did everything fine until the first part of the maps install was complete- it asked for a key cycle to continue with the second part, but after doing so, it just asked for it again...and so on. What's up/how do I get past this stage..?

    One thing I've noticed is that the extracted files only total about 8GB, and the instructions say it should be 23? Maybe I'm not getting the second part from Ford..?
