Ford Fiesta Mk7 - Fan Blower - Can't change direction of air flow

I'm having issues with the air flow direction on my AC. It only blows out the front air vents and won't change to the windscreen or footwells. When I press the button it registers the change on the head unit but continues to blow out the front vents. 

No other issues to report, fan works on all speeds and no issues with temp. 

I can't seem to find any help with this problem. Any ideas?
