Today opened window all fine

Clicked the one touch to shut it and it got 3/4 up then opened and stopped at a quarter shut or 3/4 open

I pressed to shut it did the same, pressed and held button it shut fine, tried it a couple of times worked all fine then woukd do it again

So thinking maybe bounce back may be detecting a dirty window show cleaned polished that and also ran finger along the window fel as far as could as window obstructs in a small part

Seemed OK after that but will see heard there's a way of disabling the bounce back any one know and any ideas why window started doing what it was doing?
