Reading obd data

Hello my car is a 2007 fiesta zetec s 1.6 petrol, I am trying too find a hissing noise that occurs when I accelerate and wanted too see if it was definitely a vacuum leak. I have plugged an obd2 reader in and at idle the short fuel trim is going between 0 and - 5. Then when I rev the car up too around 1500 rpm the short fuel trim level is at between 0 and +5. Is this normal?. Also the spark advance is around 6 degrees at idle and goes up too about 33 at 1500 rpm. Also the long term fuel trim at idle is between - 3 and - 1 and goes too about - 0.5 at 1500 rpm

Any help would be really appreciated
