no aux or phone menu

i have a 2011 model (i think ses) and just nothing involving bluetooth or aux works. it was like one day it worked fine then the next my car wont even let me open the phone or aux menu. on top of that if i even try to pair my phone to bluetooth, there is no sync to connect to. has anyone else had this problem and fixed it???

First off, your car is too old to have sync, it is just the standard ford audio bluetooth, secondly, I would recommend first trying a factory reset on the radio, then unplug the battery for half an hour if the first thing didn't work, otherwise it's likely your bluetooth module has given up the ghost
