In a moment of madness, I've had a go at fixing my faulty 2008 Ford Galaxy Instrument Cluster but because I was being mad, I've bricked it/damaged beyond repair the circuit board. So, I'm after another off Ebay.

Question is, I understand the mileage will be wrong, but do I need to do/have anything done to the replacement to have it work? And if so, what, assuming I can get the same replacement unit?
