Swampduck1970
Wonder if any of.you guys can help. I have been trying to help a friend get her car started. She has a 2009 ford focus petrol. She was cleaning the car saturday and had the interior lights on so ran the battery down. She called me to try and jump start the car but when I tried the ignition there is a transmission failure light on and it will not let the car start. I took the battery off and put on charge over night. I have just put the battery on to try and start it but it still has the transmission faulty warning on the dash and not starting. Does the warning need to be cleared before the car will start?
