Hi all, I’ve got a Ford Fiesta 2009 and an issue with the Bluetooth. It’s got the phone button which does nothing but comes up as mute on the screen when I press it. It’s also got the voice command button on the steering wheel but does nothing aswell. A mate has advised me to maybe get a Bluetooth module but has anyone experienced this before or knows how I can access the Bluetooth to work.

    Try resetting the module first by unplugging it for half an hour. It's located above the passenger footwell on the trim that comes down.

    Failing that it probably will be a dead module.
