Hi ,don't know if anyone has had similar problem but after having a new alternator heated screen does not switch on no light on button ,it can be turned on with a diagnostic device but will not then stay on or come on once device is unplugged ,any help would be great.  T I a

    What's the battery voltage when the engine is running? Not only will the screen cut out if the voltage is too low, but also if the alternator is overcharging the battery.

    It sounds very much to me like you have a charging fault. Just because the alternator has recently been changed doesn't mean it working. As Luke says you need to measure the battery voltage with the engine running
