Not starting

Featured Replies

I’ve just put a new battery in my fiesta and it was running yesterday then it all of a sudden wouldn’t start. There’s a noise when I push the push to start button and all of the lights on the dash are coming on and the car won’t start. What could the issue be

check your fuses

Check that the battery connections are tight. It sounds as though one has come loose.

If not then check the battery voltage.

Why did you change the battery in the first place?

I have checked the fuses, and I had to get a recovery truck to come get me and he said to get a new battery it jump starts runs for a few days then goes off.

You need to check the battery voltage now, then check it once the car is running.

From your description it could be the alternator but you need to do those tests.
