Timing belt in oil

How are people finding these new Timing Belts in oil systems, are there any issues to be wary off other then using correct grade of oil spec. 

 

The lovely ST Tdci in MK4 focus for example comes with this and was questioning it's suitability of it failed regen and had diesel dilution of the oil.  or versa with Ecoboost and petrol contamination of oil. 

 

Long term are they reliable?
