Ford focus sport 1.8 diesel, hard to start.

Hi , can anybody help, I've got a ford focus sport 1.8 Diesel  2007 after I've been for a drive and stopped it's hard  to start the engine up but it's ok when running no lost of power or anything like that . I've plugged a OBD in and it came up with code P0001 , when i first start the engine up the engine feels like it's shaking a bit , anyhelp please.

    Hi,

    Daft one possibly, try starting the engine in gear with clutch pedal depressed, very slowly raise clutch pedal (to engage the clutch)

    If you find roughly the point where it starts key off & repeat ( with pedal closer to that point)

    If it starts sooner it sounds as if the DMF is FOOKED.

    Else, when was fuel filter renewed?

    Thanks for help and  reply back i will try that but fuel filter was changed sometime last year.
