1l ecoboost fiesta induction kit

Featured Replies

So I put an K&n air filter into my fiesta with the sensor adapter but it doesn’t work?! Do I need to map the car or get it tuned or does anyone know how to resolve this?

What makes you think your new air filter doesn't work?

I'm assuming you have changed the standard air filter box with a cone filter and not just replaced the paper filter inside the standard air box? If that is the case, you could have installed the MAF sensor the wrong way round? Look at the standard pipe fitting and check if it matches the direction in your new pipework. If it matches, then it is a possibility you have damaged the MAF during the installation. They can be sensitive to a knock or if dropped. To check this you will have to put the standard pipe on, unless you know someone with another eco 1.0 to test yours in theirs.
