So I was thinking of getting an exaust upgrade on my 2015 1l Ecoboost.

I just want something that doesn't look or sound stupid.

Hopefully something that looks stock but has a little bit more grunt to it.

Not after the boy racer look but the stock just isn't enough for me.

What would you recommend me to do.

The exhaust on our 10 plate is really rusty now to the point it will need renewing, so enquired with a few custom exhaust manufacturers, all of which don't cater for the motorist who wants stock looking & stock sounding exhaust, I wanted a SS system which matches the original, they all seem to think all customers want a wider pipes - straight through baffles and some flashy rear big exhaust tail pipe and sounding like a rally car, my days of wanted a loud exhaust is over, listening to a loud exhaust over 100 miles aint no fun  Even one exhaust supplier telling me if I want stock then visit Kwik-Fit.

alright, looks like ill just stick to the stock then, tbh stock is loud enough when the 'turbo' gets going. thanks

maybe a res system, milltek or cobra, quite, minimal drone and a deep note at higher rev  range
