Cenral lock system error

I have an problem with the central lock system ,its an Ford Galaxy bj 2005.I have paid the garage €250,00 and the problem is the same here in the Netherlands nobody on forums can help me about this problem.I hope here is it better.Mij fist Question is where is in this car the central lock system moduul.Everybody tels me something differant.Please look not for my engels please.

Sorry my 1st posting was not clear I will describe the story better excuse.
My car is: Ford Galaxy
GALAXY

Version MPV
Doors 4Dr
Engine type Petrol
Power 103 kW
Engine code E5SB
Cylinder capacity 2,295 cc
Vehicle color BLACK

The central door lock does not work properly, if I want to open the car
 with the key, the driver's side remains closed, I have to open it 
manually with the key. then close manually again with the key, which
 sometimes does not work. Because the red LED on top of the door no 
longer burns, the alarm sometimes goes off when I check whether the door
 is really closed. The lock with motor already 3 times replace that is 
a whole, we think it is not, the garage had checked the wiring and could
 not find anything I was told that the cdv module was broken but I do not
 even know if it is in this type. please can tell me something about this
 weird error, i did this via google my apologies if that's why there is
 a writing error in it. Thanks in advance, MJ
