Intermittent gear selection problem

I have a fiesta 2013 1.0 manual. The problem, selecting any gear can happen randomly forcing me to coast to a stop. The clutch pedal feels fine just can't engage any gear. If I turn the engine off all gears work fine, turn on again and I can change gears fine and drive off.

I've had it to a mechanic and everything works OK for them, the next time I go out can't change gear, have to turn off then can go again. This happens both when recently started or when hot.

Had linkages all greased , new clutch kit fitted and slave cylinder fitted but still happening randomly, maybe once a week then fine.

Any ideas please?
