HEKO Wind Deflectors Focus Mk4

Featured Replies

I’ve purchased some HEKO wind deflectors for my Focus ST Line Mk4, do you know which way the rear ones are meant to be? With the HEKO logo at the back or at the front? I have done mine to the back (see pics) but it looks a little off as the width at the front seems thinner, and isn’t in line with the back of the front ones, if you know what I mean. So wasn’t sure if this was to be at the back? So I would just have to swap them around.

I don't know for sure but I agree they look wrong like that...would swap them and see if they look any better!

I've got a set of Heko deflectors and yeah, you got them the wrong way round - the HEKO logo for the rear wind deflectors should be towards the front of the car. Essentially the thing should look like it's tapering off to the rear.

Hope that helps.

Turns out there isn't a Mr Queasy!

Never understood the point in wind deflectors? Maybe flicking the ash off whatever your smoking?
Looks like you’ve been smoking something to get them the wrong way round 😆

I’ll get my jacket !

Hi. I have the Focus ST Line X mHEV 2020 Reg. Can you please point me in the right direction for the wind deflectors. On sites when I put my Reg in a to see if compatible with my car they are not. Thanks

The mirrors closes without any interference with the deflectors? Can someone send a pic with them closed? Thanks

This is them fitted to my Mk2. Heko would not design a deflector that would interfere with mirror closing...

What make are these and where did you buy them?  Did you fit them yourself?

I got quoted an hour's labour by Ford and that was just fitting the front ones.

They are Heko, all 4 took me about 20 minutes to fit (bought from Ebay, 100s of listings!) - really easy, loads of YouTubes if you need them as well as the Heko site...If Ford are quoting an hour for 2, just shows how incompetent they are!

Thanks, thought it was pricey.

did you have to use the metal clips or did you fit them using the adhesive tape?

For a secure fitting, you need to use both... (Best to wait for a warm day, or you could use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive tape). Also, with the clips, make sure the toothed side face inwards towards he car.

I've fitted my heko's over the weekend but when I do my drivers window all the way up the pinch protection kicks in and the window goes back down. I've had a good look but can't see what the window is catching on. any advice on how to sort this please?

There's a way to reset the protection position but my car isn't sophisticated enough to have this function so I can't remember advice I've read. I think you have to hold button up for a few seconds. Someone sensible should be along soon...
