Hi,  I could take any phone pics of my lower st grill if you tell me what you need to see ?,  otherwise hound the nearest ford parts department to cross check the numbers, they do look similar to me from the outside.

Ok,  see if these help.

Afaik the grilles are the same basic shape but the mesh pattern differs slightly.

The main differentiating feature of the ST front end is the grey finish round the fog light housings, etc.

I can confirm that they are different looking at the pics and comparing it with the ST-Line grill that I have. 

Hopefully it will be a direct swap. Just wondering if I’ll have to take the bumper off to remove it…?

Yea I’ve been searching for things like this already. It’s always amazing to see how many have been there before you and done it

 Both grilles are different and looking at it I think the bumper has to come off. 

Bumper does have to come off because they are clipped in from the back with a ton of clips that you probably best not break. Good luck 😅 

Hi, the lower grille pattern on the ST-Line are a series of horizontal lines where the ST lower grille is a honeycomb effect. The plastic that it's made of looks very similar and the upper grilles look very similar too, sometimes it's hard to tell a difference unless you look closely.
