Hi I have a tailgate problem with my galaxy ghia 08 the tailgate was fine up until a few days ago I didn't shut the boot properly it was half on the catch so i shut it came home and there was no clicking from the handle to release the boot its been like that ever since I've checked the fuse and it looks ok does anyone have any suggestions has to what I can do thanks Mike .

    Any help would be much appreciated on how to get my boot open

    Can you remove the inner plastic access panel on the hatch if you climb in through the back seats?  I don't know if it can be done without the hatch open on the Galaxy.

    Yes thanks for the reply it was the latch that was faulty on me so bought a new one and its perfect now.
