Front passenger door lock jammed

Hi. I have a Focus 1.8 Ghia Mk1 (pre-facelift). Central locking is fitted.

The front passenger door lock is jammed. The other doors lock and unlock with the fob, though the drivers door won't unlock but will lock with the key as the lock is worn.

I'm unable to move the lock lever from the inside. I was previously able to lock and unlock the door with the key but can't do that now (locking/unlocking this door with the fob was also intermittent).

As I cannot unlock the door, I can't open it to take the trim off. I've wound the window down to look into the gap between the window and the door and can't see where I can unlock the door from there either.

Is anyone able to advise please?

    I did manage to fix this. I had to cut into and destructively remove the door trim to gain access. The lock cable had come loose from the metal holder on the door. I put the cable back in the holder and the lock and handle were working again. I sourced another door trim from ebay and fitted this.
