Fiesta ST3 Muffler on a MK7 Zetec S

Hello everyone, I am considering changing my MK7 Zetec S Muffler into a 2015 Fiesta ST3 muffler.

Both of the mufflers are the same size however the ST3 muffler has much thicker pipes throughout the whole exhaust system aswell as the twin pipes coming directly out of the muffler. My ZS muffler on the other hand only has a single pipe which is angled downwards.

I was just wondering if there would be any significant difference in the sound produced from the ST3 muffler if I installed it onto my MK7 ZS.

    It would make a difference to the sound, but there's much better options that will make a more noticeable difference. There's loads of reputable brands out there that make aftermarket exhausts for the 1.0L ecoboost.

    Also, the ST back box won't line up with your diffuser cut out.

    Highly recommend the cobra res system, or eBay there was a milltek system for £220 or there about

    I wasn't even originally planning to change the exhaust system but i've been offered the full ST3 system for £50 so I was just curious if it would be different from the stock exhaust system
