2007 Fiesta Stuck Brake Caliper

Car has been pulling to one side slightly when braking. Changed brake pads today and one side is worn much more than the other. When I was winding back the piston it was extremely difficult to do. Will replacing the calliper solve the problem? Thanks for the help

    It does sound like a brake calliper problem. I would replace both sides and while I was at it I'd put new discs on. Don't wait too long or your new pads will get damaged and you will have to replace them again.
