Mk7 rear suspension dampers

Hi guys looking for some help with rear dampers,my dampers have a white circle on them meaning they are sports suspension,I’m trying to buy new ones but not Ford and I don’t understand on all the websites what to buy as some say with standard suspension and with sports suspension are the same any help where to buy and which ones I need car is a 2010 zetec 1.4 petrol cheers fellas.

    the sports dampeners are slightly shorter than the stock if i am right..im not sure if there was an option on the 2010 1.4 to have sports dampeners and springs when new? all zetec s are the shorter ones.
