Where can I get one of these other than at a FORD dealer, about what does it cost & what is it called? This is on my daughter's 2017 FORD Focus SE that she bought last year from Hertz. I'd call it a shifter surround PRNDL panel or panel sticker. Would it be relatively easy to figure out how to replaced it without pulling too much apart? Maybe I just get under it with a razor blade and pop it off? 

Or is it maybe just a thin decal material or panel that's just stuck on? If that's what it is, would I even really need to remove the old one or could I just stick the new one over the old one?

I'm just a homeowner with a very basic set of tools but I do have a decent knowledge of mechanical and electrical repairs. 

Carbon fiber or stainless steel would look cool but this one that I just found on eBay is long gone. OEM black is totally fine with her. Actually it's OK with me too. 😉
