Haha don’t worrie I have thought about

Maybe try a 4th engine?

How long ago was the new engine fitted?  If it's been down on power ever since, it should go back to Ford for them to sort.

Be still under warranty surely ? Take the bugger back and demand it's fixed properly or wherever you got the car from get yer money back.

So the first 2 was because of overheating and the 3rd is now lack of power.

Can't you just take it back and get it sorted well try,did they ever find out why the other 2 was overheating.

Sounds  very bad luck - have you tweaked the engines at all?
