Looking some advice.

Just got a 2014 1.2 zetec fiesta.

I can’t connect my phone. The phone button doesn’t have an effect. When I go to settings, I can’t access the sync settings at all.

When I turn in the ignition and turn on my Bluetooth on my phone - nothing appears to connect too.

What am I doing wrong? What can I do to fix this? 

Try menu on phone radio n delete the users had to do it on my mondeo

Do a master reset and unplug the sync module for 30 mins.

If that fails then you probably have dead module.

I cant seem to access any of the relevant settings to forget any previous users. phone button wont work, and selecting phone from the menu does work either

Event tryong to do a factory reset doesnt seem to work! ford website says hold the seek up button and the audio power button together until the screen goes black. held both buttons down for a full min with no luck

Have you unplugged it for 30 mins?
