Hi all, can anyone Help. My fuel light is coming on even though it is showing 89 miles left , and fuel gauge is not even in the red. ?.

    It's probably pretty close to the red, right? Seems pretty normal to me.

    Given that fuel gauges are not precision instruments and that 89 miles left is the best expected distance, then it would be normal for the fuel light to come on. Not much point of it coming on when you have only 1 mile left !!!

    Stick £10 of fuel in and the problem will be solved.
