Hi guys,

2019 Fiesta Vignale It was serviced by dealer in September 2020 just before I bought the car, but online Ford Account only shows a service the year before.

Is Ford account telling porkies or is it the dealer, the lod book was stamped as service in 2021 though

It maybe that some dealers do not log the services. I have had the first year convenience check and the second year service done and neither of them show up in my online account. 

They were both done because I took them to be serviced myself and even have a video of the second year one.  

Trust Ford have stamped my service book but nothing logged online at all.

I've had 3 services (same dealer) 3 stamps in  the book but only 1 showing in the app!

Starting to regret ever buying a Ford to be honest, I've had a real pain of a job dealing with the snowflake have a nice day crap brigade at their so called customer services  for the last 6 weeks, they can't help with my map update that won't give a log file.

I've had nothing but pure BS and lies off them, so I guess I find it hard now to believe anything they tell me now.

Great car with poor customer service or rubbish car and good customer service🤔
