so more than half of the wires that go from the car to the boot are broken so i fixed most of them but there are 2 wires i have no idea which one goes where cuse they are both black

    Do you have a multimeter ? If so, you can do a resistance test to see if they are ground (earth wires). Being black makes me think they are ground wires, but not necessarily.

    All five cores to the door lock motor in a Fusion are black!

    So as John states, multimeter and circuit diagrams from a workshop manual are your bet bet.
