My wife has a 2015 Fiesta with the Ford Bluetooth stereo system. She wants to upgrade to the Sony version.

Can I just buy one on E bay, fit in and away I go? Or is any reprogramming required? Anything I need to look out for to make sure I buy the right one? Will it work with the original screen?

    Any reason why you want the Sony? The sound quality difference is hardly noticeable, and there's no extra features to be had (unless you do the extra work to fit sat nav and DAB).

    If you just want the look then you can just fit the fascia and screen.

    I swapped mine for the Sony and added dab and nav

    I’ve used mine with Spotify - when it’s playing on my iPhone I check for devices and pick sync
