Bluetooth problem

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a Ford Fiesta 2010.

I connected my phone to the car, it plays music and can call out. I can hear the other person when they speak but they can't hear me.

I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, I have also tried connecting other phones to the car and have the same problem.

Also when I play music, I must have my Spotify open and press play before it will play.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem may be?

Thank you

That's normal. The car doesn't know where to play the music from (Spotify, music app, YouTube etc.) unless you play it first.

I'd perhaps look at replacing the microphone at a guess.

I didnt have to do that with my other fiesta, it would just play when I pressed the aux button.

That was my thought. I've looked on places like ebay but have no idea what I would be looking for. Any recommendations?

Just Google:-   ford fiesta microphone replacement
