55 Plate fiesta MOT help......

I've recently just bought a 55plate fiesta very cheap with 3 months MOT. All runs OK but advisors on the last mot suggest springs and joint boots may need done, I only payed 250 and don't want to spend too much as its only for work, there's no play in any of the joints but the rubber is cracking on the boots also corrosion on the springs see attached. In the photos would any of these FAIL an MOT?

    Depends on the MOT tester on the day. The real answer is yes it should fail, but will it ? The garage will probably fail it on a couple of things in the hope they get the job of fixing it and then just issue advisories for the other stuff.
