Hi does anyone know if there is a legal limit to how low a sun strip can be as want to add one to my focus.

It needs to be out of the wipers swept area.  People used to fit tiny wipers to get away with deeper sunstrips.

Ah, is yours a Mk3 then, with the opposing wiper arms?  

Chances are you'd get away with it for MOT as the regs for that are pretty vague (below).  And I doubt you'd get pulled by police for that alone unless it's really deep.  Also worth noting it'll get wrecked by the wipers over time if it's an external one though.

Yes @TomsFocus it’s mk3 with opposing arms will put on just not too deep and always if mot says anything will remove
