Loose passenger side dashboard trim

Cleaning the interior of my car today as usual, upon cleaning the little “portal window” on the passenger side the trim which extends from the main dashboard to the little portal window dropped by around 10mm on the window side.

I have managed to hook the plastic so it’s near where it should be, but there is still around 5mm to go until it’s where it should be.

Does anyone know how this trim is fitted?
