Steering and Key issue

Featured Replies

So I'm in need of some assistance with an issue.

So got a car inna state and moving up the drive, I was able to turn the key and roll the car onto the drive (non-runner)

Gone to do the same thing today ( Got the car two days ago) and nothing. Key wont turn and tried the usual wheel jiggle and no luck unlocking steering.
Also tried compressed air incase something was in the hole as well as WD-40 to lubricate the whole incase of catching. Neither worked. Even tried the hold tap on the key to jolt pins into place. Still nothing.

Can't even get my car in accessory mode! Please help.

Have you still got two keys ? One is most likely used the most and worn, the other is the spare and hopefully be like brand new, try the spare key.

Compare the keys to see if you can see if there's any differences.
