Battery change has caused issues with my smax

I have recently had to change the battery in my 2006 Ford Smax. After doing so I can now not make my radio work as it will not even turn on so I cant input my radio code. Also my windows seem to work on some but not others the main switch for the windows dose nothing. Also the lights like when the door opens do nothing nor dose the electic wingmirrors work all these where working before the battery died. Dose anyone have any idea? I have checked the fuses and everything is ok. Is their some kinda reset i'm ment to do?

 

I Appreciate any help in this matter

    Did you tell the car that it had a new battery as it will still think it has a problem hope this helps
