So on my way home I looked up in my speedometer was at zero! My brake light was on, my traction light was on, my anti lock brakes light was on and related systems such as backup assist, on dash computer and related systems were malfunctioning or not reading. Additionally the vehicle was hard to turn off you had to hold the start button whereas normally just need to tap it. 

I researched this over and over and came up with a technical service bulletin that said this exact problem was exhibited in some Fords and was the fault of software and that program changes would be provided for certain models.

I went to the Ford dealer on August 8th and was told they couldn't service me until September 1. So I went home! I decided to troubleshoot this myself and here's what I found. My first troubleshooting

Effort was to disconnect the battery and start checking off users so I physically removed the battery connection and began checking the fuses one at a time all of them checked out good after removing and inspecting so then I powered back up the vehicle and the problem was gone. 

I have no clue how this happened but powering down the system and letting it stay there for a half hour may solve other such similar problems
