Morning

Does anybody know how long it should take to diagnose a completely busted PCM?

Thanks

If you mean connect to the OBDII port with a diagnostic reader and say that the PCM is faulty then less than 10 minutes.

You could do it yourself with a laptop, an ELM327 lead and Forscan software.

Thank you.  The main dealer took 10hrs, something just doesn't seem right.

Why do you think your current module is broken? I'm sure the dealer didn't spend 9 hours and 50 minutes scratching their *****.
