Galaxy powershift dash lights stay on and doors not locking with remote also p light contantly flashing

Hi i have 2011 galaxy powershift and i cant seem to lock the car with the keyless remote but i can unlock it with the remote after i manually lock the car . 

Also the dashboard lights stay on when i switch it off and get out thus draining the battery. 

I have noticed the gear indicater light is flashing in P through the night too .

Any help would be appreciated

    It could just be a fault in the Keyless Vehicle Module (might also be called Keyless Entry Module). All the electronic modules in the car communicate over a CAN bus, and when the Instrument Panel LCD stays lit up it usually means some module (almost any) is not shutting down when it should, and is keeping other modules active because of that. Since there seems to be a direct fault in the KVM, then that one is a prime suspect.
