Ford Fiesta Flight 2001 Rear Brake Hoses

Featured Replies

I am looking to change the rear hoses on my Ford Fiesta Flight 2001. The existing ones are Hutchinson SAE J1401 1/8 inch HL8978, with M15 and M17 bolts with end threads of 13mm and 15mm approx, the total length is 360mm. I believe they are factory fitted. But, can I find them...NO. Any help appreciated. I have found some that are close but are 340mm in total length and proved to be impossible to fit. Total length is based on end of each male fitting to the end of the opposite end of male fitting. Some manufacturers say lengths are 330,335,346 but then thread lengths are different, some calculate from bolt end to bolt end but then give no thread sizes or total lengths....Nightmare.
