It would be a lot easier just to type what the problem is, the first video is totally irrelevant and the second video is about a horn not working.

As they both run through the steering column I would check connections there. Confirm they have an earth and check fuse.

It would seem that is the most probable reason for the post. The OP has not been back since they posted the video link 18th Sept
