Hi, I am trying to update my Sync 1.1 and maps. Two problems are happening;  1/  I am getting an audio update successful notification but no log file to upload to Ford and more importantly the maps aren't updating. Has anyone else come across this an know of a fix or does this mean I have to visit a dealer for a very expensive map upgrade.

    You can't update the maps via a software update on sync 1. You have to buy a new SD card.
