Limp Mode

Featured Replies

Ford Focus Zetec S 1.0 2013 (MK3)

To begin; I was driving down the motorway and suddenly thick white smoking coming out the exhaust. Stopped by services phoned recovery (RAC) and explained the issue. Technician came and diagnosed the issue to be the turbo. Took my car to the local garage and had the turbo replaced (re-conditioned). Fast forward one week and the real trouble began. Engine malfunction (service now) came up and car goes on limp mode. Took it back to the garage fault code showed P006A said it was the maf sensor so i changed it and still the problem lies. Changed the intercooler pipe, throttle body, timing belt, ignition coil and spark plugs. Still the car is on limp mode. Went to 5-6 garages and none could figure out this issue. I am lost as to what the problem may be. Spent an awful amount and it is really stressing me out. Could someone please help.

Thanks all
