hey, hoping someone can help, i have a 2011 ford fusion that i recently had in for its MOT, all it needed was new brake pipes so i thought it would be fine 2 weeks later it starts juddering and losing revs to the point of stalling when not in motion with the check engine light on. bought a OBDII fault code reader and it came up with cylinder 4 misfire which when i asked a mechanic he said the spark plugs will need changing so i changed the oil and spark plugs ( my first time admittedly so thank god for youtube ). when i started the engine afterwards a load of white smoke came from the exhaust for about 30 seconds  so i turned engine off waited 30 seconds and restarted it ran clear and wasnt juddering but the check engine light was still on  and still says cylinder 4 misfire. do you need to reset the problem on the obd somehow or is there still a fault somewhere

ty bud, reset it on obd and engine light went off so doing a test drive tomorrow when the weather is abit better, hopefully its sorted now
