My new Titanium Focus was due its first service four days before someone  seriously damaged it. 6000 miles on the clock in 2 years. It’s been now 3 months waiting for Ford to make parts from what I believe is it’s Spanish factory. I have been told no one knows how long it will sit in the repair shop waiting to gets finished. Any one have the same problem? Any one know any news that might give hope of me ever getting my car back.

It's not just Ford parts.  A mate works in a bodyshop and has had to repair several panels recently that they normally would have just replaced.  

Think I'd have preferred a write off & new car...though new cars are also in short supply currently.
