I don’t think anyone is going to be able to tell from that. It’s going to need a bit of cleaning off and closer examination. Just because it drips off gearbox does not necessarily mean it comes from gearbox. It could run on to gearbox from higher up on engine.  Finding the highest point of wet oil might lead you to it.

Yeah i do understand that but the oil is brownish and not black thats why i think its coming from the gearbox

Gunk the entire engine & gearbox until it's spotless - Get it all dried off - Then start afresh looking for the point of failure.

Don't ignore any such leaks, remember if the oil is being forced out then the oil is going down, so you need to keep an eye on levels.

If an MOT station spots the car has a bad oil leak and it's wet & fresh, he will fail it, could be anything from a driveshaft seal to a gasket joint or even oil being blown out via the engine recycling hoses which goes back to the air filter box [split hose somewhere] or rocker cover gasket leaking and running down the engine block.

Im not loosing any oil i just did a change 5 months ago and already did 7500km and the level is not even quarter to the first notch. Planing a change tho. MOT is no problem since i live in Macedonia and they dont give a damn. Not cover gasket no black smoke even after 4k rpms. I guess its just gunk u know diesels are not the cleanest engine you can have 😅. Ive seen the driveshaft enterance and there is literally no such liquid coming out of there.  Also can i clean the car underneath and if so how?

A hot jet wash is good for cleaning away stubborn dirt.

Good point on the colour of oil. I agree that oil in diesels is usually very black and on my diesel it would be obvious to me if it was engine oil or gearbox oil
